Demarini Bat Lengths in Half Inch Increments

Demarini had some CF5 bats at the 18 Gold Dallas Regional that were 22.5, 23.5 and they were showing them off. I cant seem to find one anywhere or even any mention of this? Was this a test market? Anyone know about these bats? It sounded like an interesting idea for a transition year to the next length. Thanks

With those bat length's, would the transition year's be 3 to 4 year old's or 4 to 5 year old's?

OK, it was 32.5, 33.5 and 34.5. The bats looked really nice.

If I recall, the 34" Demarini Phenix, the bat DD uses, does currently come up a little short in length compared to the Easton Synergy, for example. I'm going to say 1/4". Never stopped to figure out if Demarinin is measuring short, EAston, long, or some combination. When I saw the thread title, I at first assumed they were simply accurately marketing their true length

I have an old (20 years old) Easton baseball bat that is a 34 1/2 inch bat collecting dust in the garage. Some things come full cirlce.

What difference does it make how long they say a bat is ? ... I'm sure if it is within an inch or two it is well within DeMafreakinrini's acceptable tolerances ... So, now ... If you buy a 33.5'-24oz it could really be a 32.5" 25oz or a 34.5" 23oz and your stuck for $300 ... While Mr Notsofreakin Niceonthefone sits on his unwiped arse putting racing stripes on his tighty whities and diping his chicken nuggets ...
