what's the general thought on how many pitches or innings and rest for 12u

I sometimes count my 11 YO students' pitches. They get up to around 125 a game, but they are beginners. Generally, that is per game and they might throw 3 games a weekend. Then, they will rest a day or 2 and fit in a lesson and 2 practices.

They are only playing every other weekend.
