Anyone know where a list of the college coaches attending can be found? Tournament begins in less than 7 days and nothing appears to be listed, tournament directors do not respond to inquiries.

Colleges do not always pre-register. Seldom does a showcase director really know who is attending. When you see a list posted, it is usually based on who attended last year. Over 150 colleges came last year. Write to any and all colleges you want to see there and invite them is what works best. They will more then likely respond on if they are attending

I agree with Andy, colleges are not that great at filling out preregistration.

Given that we are in the modern age of the Internet, it seems it would be very easy for a Tournament Director to maintain both a list of who attended last year and who has registered.

The list of colleges is pretty much the only reason to go to an 'exposure' tournament. Teams should pick exposure tournaments based on the length and accuracy of the attending colleges list.

I know the 'established' tournaments will not loose many teams, but I would think over time most tournament directors would, through natural selection, be good at maintaining the list of colleges.

If teams start to pick exposure tournaments based on the list of teams, there would be a lot of pressure on college coaches to preregister with an event. Most colleges would rather go to a large exposure event, than a small one.

You need to send your game schedules to all the schools you are interested in, even if they are not on 'The List' put out by TDs.

Just because a college isn't on the list doesn't mean they won't be there... (and vice versa)... last week at Surf City at Diamond Valley there were quite a few, off the top of my head - Arizona State, Northwestern and Mississippi - I'm sure there were many others.

If you are only working off the 'The List' for each showcase, you are missing opportunities.
