Coaches critics this one is for you

I was Approached by a parent today at a friendly and he asked me if I was a member of HEYBUCKET of course I said. The reason he asked me, its because I was wearing my HEYBUCKET t-shirt. Then he asked me a question why most of the members are always complaining about Coaches. And never say anything good about them or thank them for taking the time to coach a team. These are people that work like us and still find the time to Coach a team for free (not all of them) and what do they get in return a bunch of complaints from parents that coached a team before and no longer coach because they we're no good. Or parents that think their DD is the best player in the world and the Coach said she is not good for this team. And that is enough for some of our members to go off on these coaches. If you don't like what you see get off the computer and coach a team and see how hard it is to deal with 12 or 13 kids whose parents believe their kids are infielders and monster hitters.
