Anyway people quit being so cheap it’s $12 a year. Pay the $12 quit your crying and post something constructive so people like me can read it.

Like Ive said, the 12 bucks a year isn't a deterrent to us who have been on here a while or post on the discussion pages.
However, I know a ton of people who only came here as guests to look up when and where the tryouts were, especially in July and August. To those people and the new to travel parents looking to find a tryout as soon as park and rec seasons end, the amount of money isn't as important as the fact that they just need to pay to see it.
My opinion, which is just my opinion, is that the board may be better off charging people to post in the announcements section while keeping it free to view for the newbs....until which point they feel compelled to join so they can post.

How about the people that are too lazy to start a new topic for a friendly and use one from a year ago, only changing the OP and having bumps with the wrong date until you get to the last one?

Why aren't old posts deleted after say a year?
Doesn't that cost storage space for the website?
Just thinking it thru...trim cost?
Many old posts hanging around.

Those coaches that bump there post are just using the ability to do that. Maybe they have paid their membership? What's the big deal if they choose not to rewrite the same thing over and over?

Still new to this. I am interested in looking for friendlies. Is that something that I need to have the premium subscription for?

$12 is a very good cost for the service if I get to see the friendlies.
