You mean you play well with those who agree with you because you are always right and anyone who disagrees is wrong. Yeah, that's sorta how WWII got started.

The point of purchasing liability insurance is so that you can get an insurance certificate. Now you are saying insurance certificates cannot be trusted. Except the very thing you are selling is exactly the thing you are now saying is worthless.

Really? Is your level of reading comprehension that low, or do you always pull stuff out of context to suit your argument? Sorry, Bubba, intelligent human being here so that isn't going to work.

For years ASA accepted others insurance and others accepted ASA insurance. I have never heard of anyone getting burned by that system. You say there is some nebulous chance of a premium not being paid. But yet you full well know all of these premiums are paid in full for a year. You also know that all the insurance is from the same company.

Again, made no such statement.

So now ASA sees a bleed of teams. They panic and start an insurance card war. Now you can try and make the case that this is somehow intelligent. To me teams will not see this as intelligent at all, they will see it for what it is, desperate and dishonest.

Let me see, someone openly initiates a head-on confrontation with a specific organization and then wants to whine when that attacked will not cooperate with the insurgent to make their life easier?

Yep, you lived in a screwed up world.

Done with this one. Prefer intelligent conversation.

I was thinking a better comparison is the American Revolutionary war. King of England thought he had a mandate from God that gave him the right to abuse stupid unwashed peasants. ASA thinks they have a mandate from USOC that gives them the right to abuse stupid unwashed peasants.

The part you still do not seem to be getting is that the "upstart" organization is a past group of your dissatisfied customers. Fail to listen to your customers and it will cost you customers.

Mass exodus of teams and ASA in desperation starts rejecting all other organizations insurance. Now ASA is pissed that all the other organizations are rejecting ASA insurance.

You can only hold up in your ivory tower for so long. The stupid unwashed peasants are moving forward, having fun and making a great organization.

Really? It's ASA that's pissed? ASA is as strong as they ever were. I think you are confused. When did ASA change the rule to only accept their insurance?

This is an incorrect historical myth- George III was a constitutional monarch with very limited powers(this is after Oliver Cromwell, the restoration, and the Glorious Revolution) George III had many faults- rule by Divine Right was not one of them(you are thinking of France. The particular acts(ie Stamp Act) were passed by Parliament to have the colonies pay for the French & Indian War- the colonies(which had been left alone politically for the previous hundred years) resented the intrusions and the fact they were taxed without the benefit of true political representation. Most of the King's actions and statements were a result of information from his ministers and Parliament. The founding fathers utilized the "crown" to represent the entire tyranny they felt they were under-

The ASA may be many things-but a tyrannical dictatorship keeping down the peasants is a real stretch

Both were a stretch-

Might want to find some two-bit dictator who did not like to play by anyone else's rules

... so he went and started his own country, and charged the peasants extra for insurance they didn't need, only to be eventually overthrown by the King with Three Crowns. Sound about right?
Ladies, if a man tells you he will fix it, he will fix it. There is no reason to remind him about it every six months.

LOL...Another breath taking, brilliantly thought out riposte from fastpitchdad05. At least there was no mythical “target” involved in this one.

Please continue to dazzle with your scintillating brilliance...

"thought out"?

Now that's funny!
