Worth Helmets suck

What's on your mind?

Forget the chin straps, just increase the safety standards NOW, I dont care if it cost $150 just give me a option to buy it, and hopefully, HOPEFULLY it will save my kids melon from further damage. All the big manufacture's should have this on shelf already, not this garbage foam. If your not going to increase the safety standards at LEAST design a helmet that you (Mr CEO) would wear in box against Ricketts, and get it on the shelf, like now!

Has anyone felt what it feels like to get hit in head by a pitch using those foam pad helmets, its not a good feeling at all.

I agree ... My softball budget from the city is 800-900 a year ... I can get six helmets! But of course I won't need them because we don't have any balls or bats ...

My kid's HS team is using 10 year old helmets.
