Players or parents cannot receive any of the prize money per NCAA rules, so where does it go?


It goes to the travel ball team to buy new uni's, practice equipment, field maintenance, etc.! Not too hard to figure that one out.

So, player's families fork out $400 each to play in this $6000 entry fee tournament so MAYBE they can win some $$ for practice equipment, shovels and rakes? LOL. :lol:


I was simply responding to your question about who gets the money. If a team wants to shell out $6,000.00 in order to get evaluated for the JO team, that's up to them. For the teams that choose to play in this tournament, I don't think that most will be playing strictly for the prize money.
