10U TEXAS TEAMS

Is it true, that in between innings during a game at last year's 10U Nationals, a super pumped up, Texas coach with a red mohawk, would run and jump up and latch on to the fence in front of the opposing teams parents (like Spiderman) and shake the fence vigorously?

Where is the hell is this "Texas" place? Do they have Trailor park softball or 2nd cousin team parenting"

I guess if there were better tournaments in your states on the weekends you would not be so concerned about the Nat. Don't get me wrong Nat. is a great tournament but don't think that all the best TEXAS teams are always there. TPS is ONE of the best out of the Texas teams and you better have your cleats tight if you play them, but they have been beat in Texas. They have to play there butts of to win on the weekends in the Houston area. Best be carful what you ask for if Texas loads up at the Nat. you could see the complexion of the top ten change dramatically. :o

So what you are saying is you would prefer to win a TX State tournament over Nationals. Does your best team go to Nationals? Are you saying that there are several teams in TX as good as TPS 98?

No, What I am saying is in a perfect world all the best teams from every state would be at Nat. and we could come up with a true # 1 out of that tournament that weekend ..... and yes there are teams in Texas as good as TPS on any given weekend if not I guess they would be undefeated. :lol:

Yes it was the Texas Red Hots I do not know if that guy was a coach or just an insane fan... They played Texas Glory on the field next to us and both teams had these insane Boomboxes and inbetween innings they would have radio wars & we also had to listen to the screaming meemie too.
