Look at the B bracket, then all the way down at the bottom of the page is the single elimination Championship Bracket.

WG should have been there but since they weren't, their "berth" was passed to one of the two remaining single loss teams from the B bracket. And the other single loss team from B also got in, logically enough.

It makes sense with WG not playing on Sunday, you still want 8 teams in your finals brackets.

Yep, thanks that was where I was looking originally, but wasn't as thorough as you.

Unfortunately this allowed those two teams an extra game of rest they wouldn't have had.

C'est la vie...it was a great showcase and tournament nonetheless.

TX Impact won 6 games Saturday at 8, 10, 12, 4, 6, and 8... then came out Sunday and beat a team that had played 2 games on Saturday. Try telling them they were allowed an extra game of rest.

Don't have to. I'm sure they were aware and very grateful for the extra rest, as was AZ Storm.

Not trying to downplay their accomplishment, just pointed out what I saw and wondered what happened.
