In this situation I liked to add in drills that had seemingly less to do with established 'softball' ability and more to do with athleticism ... Doing so enabled the girls that were less experienced ball players to have some success ... Running drills, relay races, calesthenics etc. ... As D-Man says, keep it fun ...
