Answer: No,,I believe the "G"marini CF3 -10 is still on the approved bat list. (if I am wrong pm me and will edit in red)
I am WRONG it is no longer on list. It can no longer be used in college.
changed my question upon reviewing newer list.:
Question: Should the NCAA approved bat list be used at all ASA, TCS and PGF games or showcases regardless of bat stamp?

Yes!

If that ever happens, it will be the first time ... The BR is either out or safe, beat the ball to the bag or didn't ... No such thing as a tie.

Aside: I was watching my kid getting a hitting lesson a few years back and noticed a gentleman silently watching his son get a lesson. It was Rod Carew. Rod Carew paying someone else to teach his kid how to hit a baseball? Really? How much pressure do you think that guy felt? I imagined Mr. Carew's kid rolling his eyes when dumb old Dad tried to help him with his hitting. One of the most ironic things I've ever seen.
