Ride it out till the end of the season, (one more month?). Never leave a team during the season for any reason (other than abusive coaches, that is). Also, look for teams that carry 12 or 13, not 15. Your DD will eventually find a good fit and will get to play as deserved, but she'll have to be patient.

I've never seen a coach put a stud on the bench game after game.

16U team....your DD should ask the coach what she needs to do to get more playing time.

There are three things that you MUST have as a coach in order just to have a chance to be successful, TRUST, RESPECT and KNOWLEDGE of the game, two of which you EARN.
