Irony is playing the race card when you walk after a case like this. Strange.

Well, it was pretty easy to see how this case was going to go down. Text messages probably meant little, hell, its not illegal to text or even to text about sex. Even if right this moment the people could prove he had chat sex with this girl, what would it mean? MAYBE some misdemeanor.. maybe.

Obviously this guy is inappropriate with his young players and likely worse.

Equally obvious was the certain type of girl he targeted for an inappropriate relationship, one that would fall for it, one with a certain level of morals, and that also became a fairly good defense when this idiot of girl was put on the stand and taken apart.

Did she go through all this because she didnt get a scholarship? Doubt it.. but whatever floats TNL's boat.

The people had no case and no chance. I'm thinking North Carolina or somewhere else with a low age of consent would be a good choice and *ahem* fertile hunting grounds for CF.
