Txballclub I would not consider that bashing as you very well know yourself there is alot worse stuff being said out there, this is just my opinion. hope you have a better go than most people have with him. Understand this, the team is a great team with great players it has nothing to do with the girls. If you know me you know im telling the truth. But since you seem to know who i im i would love to talk to you about it this weekend. I dont hide thats why my screen name is what it is. :

It seems that someone wants information, and the best place to get it is from the source. So I will humor you.

So here are the facts:

The player out of Mississippi joined our team in the Fall of 2005. In 2006 she was registered in district 23 along with all other 95 Texas Glory Players. She and her parents signed the official championship roster just like all the other players and parents.

She also competed in the National Qualifier in which we took first place, "You can not have pick ups at a Qualifier" You should know this. They have to be on your official roster to play in the National Qualifier. Our roster was forwarded on to Moline Illi. by the TD of that tournament, with her on it.

Now....Some more for you to talk about......We have been part of the Texas Glory Organization for 4 great years. The organization supported us, helped us and encouraged us. Dan and Kevin has built a unique and rewarding organization that they should be and are very proud of. We have the most respect for them and what they do. Glory, Kevin nor Dan weighed on our decision process.

Desire and Ambition? Starting a groud floor organization will take tons of preperation and with that comes hardache. North Texas Softball has become more competitive than it has ever been before and those are great signs of leaders and athletes working countless hours to raise the bar.

Individual teams and organizations together will continue to develop North Texas softball athletes. New organizations and teams will form each year. It is our organizations goal to give athletes a place to develop, achieve, and play in hopes of the reward of earning a Scholarship.

We will continue to support all North Texas Softball Clubs and teams, our players are looking forward to a great weekend of softball at the qualifier. We will be cheering together for ALL North Texas teams to do well.

So was the player declared illegal or not?

You do not have to live in the region, or state that you register in... Your team must register your team in the region where the majority of the kids are located. Individual kids are allowed to be from other regions.

In California, players from other Regions must play at least one weekend with the team prior to States and that player must compete at States with the team.

Did the Mississippi player compete (physically step on the field) at TX States?

If I recall correctly........ Glory won an ASA Qualifing Tournament (which recieved 1 berth to Nationals) prior to TX States........and I think at the time, they would've had to qualify out of the Dallas Metro Qualifer and not the TX State Qualifier...........

Now lets just get back to talking about how California teams cannot be beat by anyone from outside of California. This happened two years ago and there is nothing that could be done about it now if she WERE illegal but according to coach Flan and the TD at the qualifier she was there.
