I'm no expert but I agree here. I like different balls even in the same session. golf wiffle, lite flights and softballs. And then even do the the 2 ball deal with soft toss, with 2 different balls....u know throw 2 balls and have them hit either the "top" or "bottom" ball.
We even have a golf wiffle pitch machine...consistently swinging at those small balls with a gro bat, really seems to help with the hand/eye stuff.
Someone else said it but soft toss (when done properly) is something you cant get enough of........having said all that nothing like live pitch.
