Anderson Bats - Public Relations - The Jury is In

What's on your mind?

My turn! I purchased a new Rocketech 2009 bat last Wednesday. DD used it during 4 games over the weekend (loving it every time) - and she hit a ton of doubles. Well, in our 4th game, she sent a blast down 3rd base side foul, she thought it felt funny and looking at the bat she discovers she cracked it in two places about the middle of the bat(about 1" between cracks). I contacted Anderson (Vince) by email on Tuesday evening. Wednesday morning after getting some more info from me he gives me the RA# and address - I was so glad to discover they are in So Cal. I was able to ship it out that day and sent an email to Vince to let him know it should get to him by Thurs. I asked if at all possible, if he could ship the replacement out on Thursday so we could get it by Friday. Didn't get a response but knew the latest would probably be on Monday (since they state a 24 hr turnaround on their warranty email and we are in the vicinity for 1 day delivery). I told hubby to be on the lookout for the bat on Friday just in case. Well - today at around noon hubby calls and says the replacement is here! DD is so excited to have it for her to use this weekend...I cannot adequately express our complete satisfaction with Anderson. They sure do stand behind their product. And DD loves to use it!

"my dog chewed the grip the first night out of the box. they replaced it no charge, no hassle."

The dog or the bat ?
