CBS Sports Channel - Copy of Colorado TCS Semi-Final Game ?

Does anyone have a DVD (or other media) copy of the game between Minor's Gold Lovelace and Texas Impact Gold that was broadcasted live via CBS Sports Channel in Aurora, Colorado this year?

I'm the dumb-ass dad who recorded a channel I used to get (but found out I no longer do) before Verizon FIOS changed their channel line-up. So...I have about three hours of, "Would you like to subscribe to this channel."
