We were told that a new order of 08-Stealths have been ordered and that everyone that is on the waiting list along with those that might come along in the future should be able to get their bat replaced. She said that with the high volume of broken bats recently and people waiting for a replacement with recent damaged bats they decided to place one last order...I guess we'll see!
I will be taking lots of pictures and making copies of all receipts and requesting a certified signed signature when it is delivered.

AND...we have never ever had any problems in the past with any Easton nor any other bat for that matter! Have never ever had to return a damaged bat by any company! That is why our daughter used Eastons bats...they were great bats!

We will be purchasing a RT or Demarini phenix

If your DD likes the end-loaded feel of the -9 Stealth, the RT is probably a better match. Also it's -9 as opposed to the balanced Phenix -10.

We had the same problem getting ahold of someone at Easton after we sent everything in. Finally I got to talk to someone and got their direct extension to call him and check the status. He offered to send a "loaner bat" and sent us a brand new Synergy that he told us to keep after we got the replacement Stealth. The whole process took about a month and we finally recieved the Stealth yesterday. Needless to say we might go with something else the next round!!

Daughters Stealth had several cracks around the connection and the barrel was loose from the handle. Filled out the return form online, got an email with an RA number. Sent the bat back about 1 1/2 weeks ago expecting the worst. Got home last night and a brand new stealth was sitting on the counter.

You must be one of the few lucky ones out there.... We called about 1 1/2 weeks ago to see what the status was on our DD's bat that was returned around the 27th of June and they told us that they still hadn't received any replacement stealths in.

Also...while we were in Colorado we spoke to a Easton Rep...which by the way was a very nice lady. We told her our little episode with Easton Warranty department and she immediately gave my daughter a demo bat to use for the tournament(stealth -9). She was not happy to hear that we were not happy customers! BTW....we returned the bat 2 days later...the bat was cracked in several places! GO FIGURE!

We returned our Stealth because of excessive flex, got a replacement right away earlier this year. Just a couple weeks ago, my other DD's Stealth started to rattle; we returned it and got a brand new stealth last week without any issues.... weird...

UPDATE ON EASTON STEALTH BAT-WARRANTY DEPARTMENT

Ok...I get home this afternoon to find a package that looks like a bat....open it up and there lays a Synergy Clarity -10 Easton bat! I'm a bit taken back...I specifically told the warranty department that we did NOT want a Synergy -10 bat! Got on the phone, spoke to a "Manager"
and he told me are you excited? you are one of the first to get the new Synergy clarity -10 bats! I say...NO. We bought our daughter a Stealth -9 '08 bat for over $300. We did not ask for or want a Synergy -10 bat! I asked if they sent this bat to my DD as a batting practice bat or as a replacement? Manger said that it was being sent as the "official replacement bat". Bottom line is...we purchased a Stealth -9 bat and not less then 3 month later it cracked. We returned it to the warranty department after we were assured over and over again that they would be replacing the damaged bat for either the same bat or the new -9 Stealth bat and we got a totally different bat! AND to top it all off....This bat is selling on ebay for $200

It just doesn't make sense to us. And you know what...were done with Easton. I have read posts here that were posted by other people about how their turnaround was great and they recieved the same bat in a very short time frame...and I just don't get it. We did everything right...but still got a totally different bat! So...the bat sits in the box in the closet unused. I can go on and on about this but...it just isn't worth venting about anymore. We have cut our losses and moved on.....

thanks!
