All-in-all a great qualifier with some very, very good teams along with many, many top college coaches (it was like a who's who of the SEC at most of our games along with many other great coaches). We enjoyed facing the level of competition we faced, but came up a little short & feel we are much more prepared for future qualifiers now. We played Houston Power, Washington Lady Hawks-Miller, Tulsa Shootout & Alabama Cruisaders and finished 2 & 2. But I must admit the 167' fences at Felton Little Park were a little ridiculous for an 18U Gold Qualifier.

***The Crusaders were a very fundamental hitting team and their pitcher had a great riseball. They were put into the losers bracket by D'Amico's Lady Hawks and then sent several very good teams home including OKLA Babes, Tulsa Elite Easton and others.

And that 1st round Vipers vs Davie Power Black game was an extra inning game if my memory racalls. Was a great game.

went into ITB.

Tough game and tough opening tournament for a berth.
