Didnt pay that much attention Hoover, but I will next time she pitches...not that I have any say-so...

I'd certainly agree that she leaps frequently, but it's not particularly egregious and it doesn't bother me that they don't call it. I watched a little more closely yesterday to see if she's crow-hopping, and I'm still not 100% sure that she doesn't, but I can't say I see any direct evidence that she does.
