Miko Peled~son of Israeli General Mattityahu "Matti" Peled and Grandson of original signer of Israeli Declaration of Independence has a message for you. You won't listen though. Keep buying the propaganda.

~PEACE
PEACE? Funny coming from someone that supports/advocates violent resistance. smh
The best points Peled made were: 1) there are 2 narratives that are diametrically opposed to each other; 2) distinguishing between the Jewish religion and the nation of Israel and 3) similar conflicts in the world were solved peacefully. It's unfathomable he's come to such stupid conclusions and positions.
- Peled simply switched from the Israeli narrative to the Arab narrative. I believe the truth is somewhere in between - both sides have committed atrocities and neither is blameless nor 100% correct.
- Peled supports the armed resistance (e.g. rocket attacks) even though they are counterproductive in achieving their goal. The only people that benefit from the armed resistance are the leaders of the militant organizations and the people in Israel opposed to an Arab state.
The Arabs were very recently just 1 vote away from major progress in the U.N....
On 31 December 2014, the United Nations Security Council voted down a resolution demanding the end of Israeli occupation and Palestinian statehood by 2017. Eight members voted for the Resolution (Russia, China, France, Argentina, Chad, Chile, Jordan, Luxembourg). However the resolution did not get the minimum of nine votes needed to pass the resolution. Australia and the United States voted against the resolution, with the United Kingdom, Lithuania, Nigeria, South Korea and Rwanda abstaining.
The Arabs could turn 1 or more of those abstentions into yes votes if they act like they can peacefully coexist with Israel.
