Umpires need to enforce this type of stuff during games. Teams really take up a lot of time doing this.

Sweep tag, you may be right, however when waiting for a pitch, 20 seconds is a lot of time....
I first noticed this a while ago when I thought the pitcher was reaally taking too long.
So I started counting chimpanzies and low and behold rarely did a pitcher actually go past the 20 seconds.....
Same thing with a batter and her 10 seconds (when playing games that have that rule)
Question is the runner that runs to 3rd out? and if so... why? and where can I find that rule?
