NCAA changes

Anyone have a useful and searchable site for NCAA rules.

Interested to see how the Aug 1st changes are going to affect the process. Unlimited text and calling etc. The question I have and cannot find the answer to, is it still based on the old July 1st following your Junior year or they opening the flood gates to those that have finished their Sophomore year?

NCAA hasn't made the 2014-15 division manuals available for download yet. However, the new Recruiting Overview Chart and NCAA Guide for the College Bound Student Athlete can be downloaded from http://www.ncaapublications.com/.

It looks like the Div I coaches will now be able to call juniors on Sept 1 besides sending them recruiting materials.
