How do you get a coach to answer the phone? You don't. Do you really think they're gonna answer the phone of every random number that calls? Sorry, but there are not enough hours in the day for that.
As JR said, you might have better luck finding out which Asst Coach handles recruiting and try contacting them. But they're not gonna answer a random phone call either. Best bet is email or snail mail. Since they can't respond to emails/calls directly to you (until July after junior year), you should leave the contact info of your travel coach. If they're interested, they can contact your coach.
If you have a certain school in mind, you can try to attend one of their camps. While you're on campus they can talk to you. And your DD (and possibly you) will be in position to ask questions. Keep in mind the best you can hope for is that they might be impressed enough to come watch her play.
Good luck!
