Will college scouts be attending showcases in January early February?When does the NCAA blackout begin?

There is a quite Period from November 25th through January 1st. In that quiet period, there is a dead period which is December 8th through December 12th.
Contact Period starts up again Jan. 2, 2011 through July 31st. There are also 2 dead periods in that time frame too.
