On the not so fun side, 9 cars were broken into yesterday including one belonging to a parent on our team. A lot of stuff stolen. Heard one of the vehicles was a van rented by one of the teams and a lot of personal gear and cash was taken. Finding out that this is not a unique occurence at NTC. Very disappointing.

Which complex- have not heard of any before, but it does not surprsie me. Smart crooks target rental cars

Main complex. At Hancock, there was plenty of police presence. After the break-ins at NTC there is plenty of police presence there, too. For all the money this tourney brings in, you'd think they could have hired some off duty cops to keep an eye on things in the parking lot...

Its not even that big a parking lot and with a lot of traffic- wow. I agree, considering the money it brings in directly and indirectly there should be a much larger police presense
