Yea let’s not hold PGF accountable. It’s the coaches fault

jmo blamed the glitch for most of the issues.

ROSTERS AND ELIGIBILITY-National Tournaments

At check-in each team must submit a roster printed from the PGF Insurance Website administered by SportsAgeID. All players must have a print out of their approved registration ID.

All Players & Coaches must be present at Check-In with their PGF/SportsAgeID Roster with Pictures

This week's check-in has nothing to do with it. Teams didn't have to check in until prior to their first bracket game and the roster data was uploaded prior to pool games.

The roster data for teams that played in qualifiers should have been fairly accurate. Teams with returning berths and invites were supposed to enter their initial rosters by June 13. The final roster deadline was supposed to be July 14. If PGF froze rosters at that point, there should have been accurate data to upload.

FWIW, the roster for FC Blanco 18U on Poinstreak is from his 2011 16U team.

Thanks for making my point.

PGF is a for profit entity, with an extremely larger revenue flow. As with any for profit entity, they are accountable for the actions of their employees and sub-contractors. What you don’t do is point the finger at the costumer

Both these teams have gotten their moneys worth falling into the 'L' bracket at the gate.
Good luck to both, hope one of you make it back to the top.

Unfortunately after researching the several teams with roster issues, Pointstreak when uploading this years rosters somehow kept the data from last years rosters without our knowledge or without explanation. A glitch in their system has caused many roster issues. Some are the travel coaches mistakes of not updating their rosters this year. It is a combination of team not entering this years roster and Pointstreak glitch. Not easy for scorekeepers to fix while putting in lineups and virtually impossible to fix through the admin logon. Wished there was an easy solution but their isn't. With that being said, the scorekeepers are working endless hours and doing a great job making sure all scores are accurate and reported. 25 fields with up to 5-6 games a day.

The Sports Age ID rosters are not the rosters that are used for Pointstreak. The rosters that are input by the coaches into the Premier Girls Fastpitch site for the College Coaches book are used for Pointstreak. These are the responsibility of the coach and have nothing to do with the Official Rosters but thanks for your comments.

Bandits and So Cal A's rise from losers brackets and now have to win twice against Corona Angels and OCBB, respectively.
