Do the same rules apply in PGF as ASA regaurding a Berth?

Questions and discussions involving PGF

If a team qualifies for a berth and then folds what happens to the Berth. Does it belong to the remaining girls or does it stay with the manager?

If you're talking about returning berths, they stay with the head coach at that age level.

3) Returning Berths are attached to the PGF National Championship Designated Head Coach of the previous year. The Designated Head Coach will be identified as the person listed as such, on the previous years PGF National Championship Official Roster. This Official Championship Roster will be your official team roster that you present to a tournament official at check-in before participating in the previous years Championship event.

4) Returning berths are only valid for that age division. The Designated Head Coach may not bring the berth to an upper division and may not assign the berth to another coach within their organization. If the Designated Head Coach leaves the organization from which they earned the respective berth, said berth will revert back to the PGF Board of Directors for distribution.

Which Firecracker 16u team got a berth ?

On the bright side of invitations, if all the SoCal teams that got invites hadn't received invites, it's unlikely anyone playing 18u this weekend would qualify.
Ladies, if a man tells you he will fix it, he will fix it. There is no reason to remind him about it every six months.

The 16U AZ Firecrackers got their berth from the AZ Qualifier, the team finished 8th or 9th last year in the 14U division I do believe. However the team isn't the same as last year, new coaches, new players, but still have the same 2 pitchers from last years team, so they will go as far as those two arms can take them....
