The two teams that Qualified were North Carolina Lady Lighting and Va. Shamrocks. Heard from people there that the N.C team was the best team.

Our only losses that weekend were to the Lightning and Shamrocks. Lightning is very solid, hits 1-9 and has two good hurlers. Shamrocks are good, as well. They will do well at Nationals.

The Va. Shamrocks were the BatBusters of late 80's and early 90's. 23 straight ASA nationals appearances. 1st place finish in 2005. Maybe not as well known today.
