What teams are considered Central Cal? What Age group?

This was the top 5 final from the PFX Tournament in fresno in the 12u the last central cal tournament before Christmas. Any opinions on were they will end up in the Metro or new teams that were taking time off Fresno Wild, Krush, Madera Lady Canes, or Other Rockets team.
