Not too worried- NYC is much better prepared than Dallas was and they have learned a lot from Dallas. Since none of the family memebers of the guy who died(who were in the apt with him) got it- it kind of confirms what they have said about the difficulty of spreading. The exception to that being the medical staff that work with patients and have more direct contact during a critial time

Just watched a video of some NYC cops with masks and gloves who helped with clearing his apartment...throw the masks and gloves in a public garbage can...

...per all the dead folks in Liberia, must spread pretty well...

The spread in Liberia happened because the sick were cared for at home. Also the dead remain at home and are washed by family members for anywhere from a day to a week. The police on tv never came in contact with the dr


With all the alarmist reports on the news the "outbreak" has been contained and all but one have survived and he probably would have had they admitted him the first time

I pray you're correct...Bad thing is...he was a Dr, aware of the protocols...but, as my wife has said, Dr.s dont follow 'protocols'...

Shes an RN...who I worry about due to the 2 in TX...
