made it into work(had to pick up some of my staff) Roads nasty and snow falling at an inch an hour- heavy, wet snow They are talking sleet/freezing rain mid day followed by more snow and heavy winds -yippee!!! Expecting 1 foot. Roads pretty empty- I guess what happened in North carolina kept more off the roads This afternoon should be fun.

1 month until Florida :P

18 degrees here this morning- glad I am heading to Florida today :D One concern my DD has is if they will be able to play March 23rd when they get back from Florida. Right now there is still 6 inches of snow on their outfield! I am sure other schools in the Northeast are dealing with the same thing. fo those with daughters who play in upstate New York- they have declareda state of emergency there because of the blizzard. For that area- west of Syracuse to declare a stae of emergency because of snow it must be real bad

Back to reality here in the northeast-latest forecast is calling for cold and snow next week. Hopefully it does not play havoc with the schedule! Rough going for all the young ladies returning from florida

Lot's of games being posponed. Real cold and many fields have not yet recovered from the winter- mud etc.....

Just expecting flurries and high winds heare from the Nor'easter. Rhode Island and Mass. expecting much worse- should play some havoc on the schedule. Really wish it felt like spring

No Snow- but wicked clod and 40mph winds(maybe the winds will help dry up the fields)
