lol...it's a guy (Dan Osman), but he does have a chick hairdo.
I googled him and watched some of his other videos too. I guess in addition to free soloing he would do cliff and bridge jumping, using ropes and climbing equipment to arrest his fall (he would literally jump like 3000 feet and stop just above the trees). I say that in the past tense, because at some point one of the ropes broke and he fell to his death.
Pretty incredible stuff though.
