when was the last time a team from California didn't win ASA Nationals?(14u-12u)

Two years ago in 14u. I think the runner up was a 1st year team as well.

Well lets see......in order to finish 1&2 at nationals you must have very good players.Both Victory and Lakewood Ladies had some pretty good ball players with above average pitching.These two teams also had two of the best coaches out there in Campbell and Araujo.
