14U & 16U in the DFW

by Fasttrack2 » Wed May 27, 2015 5:39 am

Early reports from some TD's say that Firecrackers DFW look to have the over all strongest 14u and 16u teams in the DFW area. Should be a intersting summer to see if the DFW sofball landscape has shifted...

Just make sure you're in the front row so you can see the landscape.

Still no berths yet but great weekend for the FC girls!

16 U Black Tied 5th at TX State Tourn
14 U Foutch Tied 5th at TX State Tourn
16 U Greenway Tied 7th at Top Gun
14 U Stone Tied 9th at TX State Tourn
14 U Flora Tied 9th at TX State Tourn
16 U EH Tied 17th at Top Gun
14 U Richards Tied 17th at Top Gun
14 U Lebihn Tied 25th at Top Gun

Thats 8 top 25 finishes in major events in one weekend for 14/16! So yeah, I'd say we OWN the landscape! Haters gona hate.

Really? Your going to come on hear and talk smack because one team didn't do well this weekend? They probably just had a bad weekend. Every team does. I'm pretty sure your org didnt have 8 top 25 finishes this weekend thats why your hiding behind a screen name.

BTW nice to meet you WithHonor 8-)

Hype? Now thats funny. We are directly aligned with TONY RICO. We have personally gotten kids committed to Washington, Texas, North carolina, Oklahoma State, Iowa, Kentucky, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Nebraska, Arkansas, Oregon, and many many others. When we are in the park WE are the ones coaches are looking at. 8 top 25 finishes in one weekend is not even a good weekend for us. The point to the first post was just that things have changed in DFW. Clearly we dominate 14 and 16u (really all age groups). So you can keep hating I guess, we don't really care. We just worry about great finishes and continuing to send more kids to big schools than any program in the state. I don't need to argue with you. I'll just let the FC results speak for them selfs.

8 top 25 finishes are commendable. However, they fall short of "own" and "dominate" by our expectations (e.g. winning most events). jmho

Congrats to the girls on their accomplishments.

2 of those top 25 finishes came from the same field of 27. How is that commendable?

I guess it depends on whether you're talking about 14U or 16U...
