2013-14 top 12u teams?

by softball27 » Tue Jul 01, 2014 7:05 am

We played Navy once and beat them. We have played Red twice and lost both times. We were unable to hit against them. However, I saw that Navy recently beat Red in ASA state.

Are you referring to the day that the Navy played 6 games, four in a row, and lost in the last inning with some blooper hits?

I would love to see your team in some more "A" tournaments.

Good luck and safe travels to all the teams anxiously heading to their national tournaments over the next couple of weekends.

I would like to offer a special shoutout to those Indiana12U teams brave enough to enter A division nationals.

These are the 12U teams I have seen on various sites. I am sure I am missing some.

Crush 02: NSA A
Crush Walker: NSA A
Gators 02: (NSA A and ASA/USA A)
Gators Heim: NSA A
Phoenix 02: ASA/USA A
Gators Finchum: USFA A
Shockwaves-Davis: NSA A
Zephyrs: NSA A
Indiana Magic: USFA A
Indiana Matrix: USFA A

There was a lot of debate in 10U regarding A vs B nationals. It is important to note that there are still a lot of teams who are not afraid to represent the state as an A team against the other great teams from around the country.

For the record (10U), the little 2004 Gators are braving the waters at NSA A nationals in Spartanburg, SC along with the Diamond Chix 03 and Crush 03.

I just need to be clear...do all losses come with qualifications? Or just with Indy Dreams Navy? Because I have a large book of excuses...mostly unused  (we just don't lose that often, you see)
