Hoosier Crush 10U

I see this team finishes 2nd or 3rd alot. I tend to watch some of there games Fridays and Saturdays and they look good. What are they missing? Just curious

Preface this with the fact that I am not a coach just a dad of a 10u player who has played them a few times. The Hoosier Crush is a pretty solid team but in my opinion an additional pitcher would help. Greene throws alot of pitches throughout a weekend so maybe a third would help both her and the number 2?

14u Hoosier crush just won B State last weekend in indy . Seems like consistancy.
