Here is a better one...
Put together a team mixed of girls from 3 or 4 different teams, that are an age group older than your own team...kinda like an all-star team...and then play in an indoor tournament...
Talk about egos, right
Didnt mean to strike a nerve!! Saw a couple this Winter in 10U and 12U batting 9 w/ subs. Not sure why you wouldn't give everyone on the roster the extra swings.
Egos???????
More like asked if you had a team that could fill a final spot and asking 10 girls who want some extra swings and innings to play. Interesting view though. LMAO
Not sure how many people would start a 14U "all star team" with 4 2001s. LOL
Watch out, there is another pick up group (I mean "all star team") w/ 7 2000s and 3 99s this weekend filling a hole from a dropped out team. Maybe you would rather those tournaments be cancelled??????
Just enjoy the ride and worry about the important things in life. It all goes sooooo fast!!! Still can't believe that those little freshman I helped with few yrs ago are playing in college now. We have wayyyyyyyy too much worry about who is the best team in this or that age group, or who is playing who. Just teach the right things and hope like hell that each and every girl is able to achieve whatever THEIR dreams are.
Win some lose some and challenge each and every girl to be the best they can be!!!!!!!!
