The Downstate Rippers 16U team, based in Southern IL, is looking for players to complete their roster for the upcoming season. We need 2 pitchers but are also looking for players at all positions at this time. We begin play in October at the St.Louis Showcase exposure tournament. In 2011 we will schedule 7 more tournaments, with 3 to 4 being exposure tournaments (depending on availability and scheduling concerns). We will play predominately ASA and NSA.

At this time we are looking for players with 1994 or 1995 birth years. We will also look at players with 1993 birth years and are discussing the possibility of playing 18U if the interest is there and players are available.
