Having a DD change teams/orgs. can be a scary thing for her and the parents. You will not find if you made the right decision until later... after the honeymoon. It's all about dynamics. Players, coaches and parents all trying for the right puzzle piece to complete the big picture.

Had a tryout with not so good team and "dream" team. Made the "dream" team. Couldn't be happier so far.......
