Intel what was the reason for a change? Is Randi Berg staying with the organization?

Randi is moving back to work with younger ages. Jeff has a proven track record at the Gold level and now that his son's baseball career in high school is over, Jeff was willing and ready to come back. Jeff has been coaching our 23 and Under team the last few seasons.

Randi is a very highly sought after college and high coach who has not been able to pursue some opprotunities due to her commitment to her players and the Force. Now she will be able to take a position without feeling guilty but will still be missed dearly by our organization. Hopefully a local high school or college grabs her so she stays with us.
