Top 14u teams with in the organization

With the top organizations having multiple teams it is hard to keep track of who the "good" teams are and who are not.
Can you put together a list of who the top teams are with in their given organization in the 14u division? Now that PGF,ASA, TC are getting close which teams in the organization are the teams to be aware of?
