Alexis Osorio pitched another great game, allowing only 1 run and striking out 14 in an 11 inning battle. King scored the winning run, the only run of the game, on a bases loaded, "wak-off" squeeze laid down by sophomore Alison Stark. Senior outfielder McKenzie Phillips used her blazing speed to beat the toss to the catcher, as she scored from 3rd.
Since their move to Division 1, King has never made it this far in CIF.
