10U So Cal state

Rankings after State:

1. Victory USA - Dominant showing at State beating AA's and Franchise. This team still has a ton of upside since the core of the team has only been playing together for a few months and Coach Campbell has had a busy Spring coaching 4 different teams.

2. Crunch - The team has been playing in 12U since Fresno. It will be interesting to see how they will play coming back down to 10U in the next few weeks. This is a very experienced team that has been together for a long time.

3. AA's - Have consistently beat Franchise and everyone else throughout the year but have never beaten Victory and have struggled to beat Crunch so #3 feels just right for this team.

4. Franchise - This team was playing their best ball in April. I think they gained confidence beating Victory and Crunch during that month but they appear to have lost some of their edge.

5. So Cal Dynasty - Dynasty has gained on the top teams in the last few months. They played AA's to an 8-6 game and look like they are a few players away from being able to do some damage.

6. Desperados - Did a fantastic job hitting the ball against Minors Gold but just like in previous games and tourneys they have never found a way to beat any of the Top 4.

7. Minors Gold - Solid team that simply was beat by teams that were better (Dynasty & Desperados).

8. Team Smith - Didn't know what to expect from this team especially after seeing their players getting fitted before the tourney but they played well against Franchise in a losing effort.

9. Strike Force - Pulled off the only real upset of the tourney beating the Aztecs. I'm not sure what the team plans are but TCWS sounds like a good place to take this team and continue to develop them.

10. Aztecs - Awful showing at State getting beat by Victory 11-0 and subsequently losing to Strikeforce to be eliminated. They had shown significant improvement since the Fall and appeared ready to make a run at State but failed to perform.
