They have a berth to Nationals already from coming in second last year at westerns. So they cannot go unless they choose to give up berth. They are a solid team.

That will be a good game 3:00 saturday! So little teams but with competition this year I guess better to not go if your team was not able to be competitive. Hemet here we all come are you ready.

FYI, the games are in Winchester, not Hemet (but when you are that close to hades, what's the difference). :o

easyout - your # 1-4 predictions are not possible based on the way the brackets are set up. # 1 and # 2 are possible, and # 3 is also possible, but # 4 is not possible with Victory, Franchise and AAs in the top 3. I'd look for either Dynasty or Minors Gold to end up in the # 4 spot based on the bracket set-up.

By they way, it looks like TC cancelled the 10u division in the Quicksilver this weekend. That is 2 TC tourneys in a row in which the 10u has been cancelled due to a lack of teams. I think some of the teams not going to State are playing in an AFA(?) tourney up in Victorville/Barstow?

Attached is my tournament predictions, round by round.

I have...

1. Victory
2. AA
3. Franchise
4. Dynasty

Aztecs have played Dynasty very close in tournament play before so if Aztecs girls can pull it together and get tired of losing to Dynasty when it matters most, then #4 could go to Aztecs.
I don't agree with coachEd in that I don't think Minor's Gold has a chance to win a game and the bracket gods were not kind to them at all unlike Fresno. It also doesn't seem that Strike Force or Team Smith were favored by the bracket gods. Although with 9 teams entering, by your second game you are playing a top team one way or another so everyone has a tough path.

Based on the Fall and Spring seasons it should play out like D00bie has predicted. AA's has never beat Victory but a hot Franchise team can do some damage.

Coach Ed you are right i will go with Aztecs as the #4 team they are the most improved team, only bad thing is they will have to win 3 in a row on Sunday if not the winner between Minors Gold and Dynasty on Saturday will be the choice..

I was pretty close. Seems something happened to Aztecs in the end. No other major surprises.

Congratulations to Victory, AA's, Franchise, and Dynasty for qualifying.
