Coaches Reviews/recommendation

know the question to be asked is what team has more talent , Granado, and McGowan are at the top, and then the rest kind of fall in line of coaching

Mike Perez is a great guy and coach. He has seen all the good, bad, and ugly this game and its coaches have to offer. He has a great rapport with the college coaches and is loyal to his players and their development.

Jay McGowan is a great guy and coach as well. Anyone fortunate enough to make his team will be more than happy with the coaching.

As far as what does "Corona Angel softball mean" well I am not sure, but if this list is any indication -- it might not be all that bad to learn.

Southern Ca travel ball teams will be well represented in OKC/Women's College World Series.

I think they were referring to the way the coaches talk during the whole game with back handed comments towards the opposite team, I'm sure its confidence but borderline cockiness!! Keep up the good work Angels and that list of players is impressive but is it coaching or just having great talent to coach?? Just sayin!

shhh, trying to stay under the radar :D :D
I have known Tony Medina for a couple of years, real funny story between my daughter and him meeting for the first time while still in rec. But has always been great and legit. Great inexpensive fielding class if your in his area. Just have noticed him being real postive with the girls.

I have ta agree with Blue on the CA attitude, swagger or whatever you want to call it...which (to me) is just like players on 2nd base calling the pitches, some like it ...some don't.

Neither myself or my DD listen, because talk is cheap & since I have never seen them lose against my DD's 3 different teams over the years (it would take those 2 things together & actually listening to their smack...to question their sportsmanship) I see it as a style which is in many cases what some girls need & want in a coach, it's like yelling, some girls need to be pushed & like to be yelled at because they think that form of communication means the coach cares...teenagers

I met Jay Sievers and his family when he was in high school. I coached his wife on her high school team. Jay is a quality man who will treat the players well. If my daughter was 14U age I would have no problem placing her on the Cruisers with Jay.
