It's called teams disbanding, not a player or two left a team. As far as the yelling, there is a seperate thread for that too. If you dont like the yelling, then go back to req. When teams bust ass at practice, then certain players dont perform they way they have proven they can, it can get a little frustrating. His girls rock and Im sure he expects nothing less.
