Knock fence over, ball rolls out of play

Deep fly to right center, Cf turns and runs. Ball hits the ground then fence. While hitting the fence CF runs into fence and knocks it over, ball rolls off fence and over it.
Not sure if CF assisted ball going over with her body, could not see that close.
Would that have any bearing on the ruling?

Umpire ruled ground rule double....
Correct call or not?
Batter was rounding first almost to second when the ball went over the fence.
