Are there any Umpiring Camps or Clinics coming up in the near future...

There is an NCAA Softball Umpire Development CAmp coming up in Oct in Houston,
Of which I will be an attendee.

Does anybody know about any upcoming 1 or 2 day umpire clinics in Northern/Southern California. I am looking for local clinics to attend just to find out about any rules.etc.

other than NCAA, little is probably going on in terms of clinics. There are also upcoming NorCal NCAA clinics, but I know of nothing ASA.
Start checking around late feb after the OKC UIC Clinic.

Not trying to be a smarta$$, but have you tried contacting the different governing bodies in the area in which you are interested?
Very few use a softball forum to conduct or disseminate information.
